Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and assist them with finding products and answering inquiries.
- Sales Support: Process transactions accurately at the POS system and suggest add-on sales to meet targets.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked throughout the shift.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and peers to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Brand Representation: Uphold company standards for appearance, attitude, and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to showing up for shifts.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
