Responsibilities
- Patrol the premises on foot or via vehicle to ensure the safety and security of the property and its occupants.
- Monitor and control access to the building, verifying identity and issuing visitor passes when necessary.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations according to established protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and report any potential safety hazards or security vulnerabilities.
- Write detailed incident reports and log entries regarding daily activities and observations.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and high visibility presence at all times.
- Assist in crowd control and traffic management during special events when required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
- Must be physically able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
