- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive teams on future market disruptions
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging tech trends and their societal impacts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Translate foresight insights into product development and investment priorities
- Mentor junior futurists and drive innovation culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused business strategies
- Deep expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research abilities with data visualization expertise
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurism work or implemented innovation initiatives
- Experience in tech, finance, or sustainability sectors with 2026 relevance
