Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technical milestones leading up to and including the pivotal year of 2026.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, cloud-native architectures capable of handling billions of transactions.
- Prototype Future Tech: Spearhead the development of prototypes utilizing Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum-ready frameworks.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data scientists to translate complex concepts into user-centric innovations.
- Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization initiatives to ensure zero-latency experiences for our global user base.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Future-Ready Skills: Experience with AI/ML model deployment, distributed systems, and blockchain technologies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving ambiguous problems with creative, scalable solutions.
