Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding R&D, Product, and Engineeringâto translate high-level business goals into concrete technical strategies.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AI Agents, Edge Computing) that can be leveraged to gain a competitive advantage in the 2026 market landscape.
- Oversee system migrations and ensure zero-downtime transitions for critical legacy systems.
- Define technical standards and best practices to guide the engineering team towards long-term sustainability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or principal engineering role.
- Proven experience architecting large-scale, distributed systems that handle high concurrency and data integrity.
- Deep expertise in modern programming languages (Go, Rust, Python) and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration patterns and the ability to evaluate their impact on system architecture.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree preferred.
