Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Vision: Lead the conceptualization and execution of our long-term technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging market trends.
- Future-Proofing Architecture: Design scalable and resilient technical architectures that anticipate and integrate emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced IoT.
- Trend Analysis & Forecasting: Conduct in-depth macro-environmental analysis to identify disruptive technologies and strategic opportunities for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering leads to translate high-level strategy into actionable technical initiatives.
- Innovation Management: Establish an internal innovation lab to prototype and validate future tech concepts before full-scale deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present complex strategic concepts to non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasive impact.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic planning, technology architecture, or product management within a high-growth tech environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining and delivering on 3-5 year strategic roadmaps.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, ML, Blockchain, Cloud Infrastructure) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and drive change management initiatives.
