Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture design for the 2026 strategic platform, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Define and enforce architectural standards, coding best practices, and governance frameworks across engineering teams.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, serverless, and AI-optimized architectures.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and mentor senior engineers and architects.
- Drive innovation in data processing pipelines and machine learning infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, Cloud Engineering, or Software Development.
- Expert proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with deep knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability architectures.
- Proven experience implementing AI/ML workloads and real-time data processing pipelines.
- Strong command of programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java.
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
