Responsibilities
- Lead Research Architecture: Design and implement novel neural network architectures capable of zero-shot learning and complex multi-modal reasoning.
- Optimize Inference Efficiency: Develop strategies to reduce computational overhead for large language models, ensuring they are viable for real-time deployment in 2026 environments.
- Define AGI Benchmarks: Establish rigorous safety and performance metrics for artificial general intelligence, creating tests that go beyond standard NLP tasks.
- Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with quantum computing researchers and cognitive scientists to integrate hybrid computing models into our core AI stack.
- Roadmap Execution: Drive the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, translating high-level research goals into actionable engineering deliverables.

Qualifications
- Education: PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in deep learning, machine learning engineering, or theoretical computer science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed systems and high-performance computing clusters.
- Research Track Record: A strong publication record in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, or ACL) is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive novel solutions in uncharted territory.
