Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Design and architect scalable systems for autonomous agents capable of multi-step reasoning and complex task execution.</li><li>Implement and optimize prompt engineering strategies to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.</li><li>Collaborate with data scientists to fine-tune and fine-tune Large Language Models on proprietary datasets.</li><li>Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical use of AI models within enterprise environments.</li><li>Debug and troubleshoot complex inference pipelines to ensure low latency and high throughput.</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the AI division.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).</li><li>5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years specifically focused on AI/ML applications.</li><li>Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model architectures (e.g., Transformer, GPT, BERT).</li><li>Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.</li><li>Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li></ul>
