Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust agentic architectures using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, and Semantic Kernel.
- Develop multi-agent systems capable of complex reasoning, autonomous task execution, and tool usage.
- Optimize LLM performance through advanced prompt engineering, fine-tuning strategies, and model evaluation.
- Integrate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance knowledge accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of agent behaviors to ensure reliability, safety, and security.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML and NLP.
- Deep proficiency in Python and experience with major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration tools and agentic frameworks.
- Strong understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma) and embedding strategies.
- Experience deploying scalable AI solutions on major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for the emerging Agentic AI landscape.
