Responsibilities
- Architect Multi-Agent Systems: Design scalable, robust architectures for autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex workflows independently.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize LLMs for specific domain applications, focusing on latency, cost-efficiency, and accuracy.
- Tool Integration: Develop and integrate APIs for external tools, databases, and enterprise systems to enable agents to perform real-world actions.
- Evaluation Frameworks: Build comprehensive testing and evaluation pipelines to measure agent performance, reliability, and safety.
- Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Data Scientists to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for AI development and deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Machine Learning or NLP.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Deep experience with LLMs (Hugging Face, OpenAI API) and frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and derive elegant, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
