Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure and data pipelines tailored for the 2026 product release cycle.
- Lead Development: Spearhead the research and implementation of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI models.
- Technical Strategy: Define best practices for AI model deployment, MLOps, and cloud infrastructure integration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Mastery: Proven experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to solve complex technical challenges and optimize model performance.
