Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI pipelines optimized for 2026 standards.
- Lead the technical vision for AI integration across product lines, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex AI requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and responsible AI governance.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Drive the migration to edge computing architectures for real-time AI inference.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face libraries.
- Proven track record of designing scalable systems using cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
