Responsibilities

- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives focused on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative adversarial networks (GANs).
- Model Optimization: Enhance model performance, latency, and accuracy using distributed computing techniques.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists and engineering teams to translate theoretical research into production-ready code.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate industry trends in 2026 and adapt our technical stack to remain ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of deep learning principles, NLP, and computer vision.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
