Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure neural network architectures for large-scale deployment.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research initiatives focused on emerging AI paradigms, including generative models and reinforcement learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimization: Drive performance optimization strategies to ensure low-latency and high-accuracy inference in production environments.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, and system design patterns.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in ambiguous environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
