Responsibilities
- Define the Technical Roadmap: Create a comprehensive strategy for 2026, identifying key emerging technologies (AI, Spatial Computing, Quantum) and integrating them into our development lifecycle.
- Lead Innovation Labs: Spearhead internal R&D projects focused on Next-Gen AI models and immersive user interfaces.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud architectures capable of handling next-generation data loads.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate futuristic concepts into deployable solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Assess potential risks and regulatory changes regarding AI ethics and data sovereignty to ensure compliance and resilience.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the company at tech conferences, publishing insights on the trajectory of technology through 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or a related technical leadership role.
- AI & ML Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, and Generative AI workflows.
- Technical Versatility: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern programming languages (Python, Rust, Go).
- Visionary Mindset: Ability to anticipate industry shifts and propose innovative technical solutions before they become mainstream.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
