Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of robust machine learning pipelines and distributed systems infrastructure.
- Lead Strategic Roadmap: Define the technical strategy for the 2026 Horizon initiative, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI models adhere to strict ethical guidelines, bias mitigation, and global regulatory standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Innovation & Research: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements to integrate cutting-edge research into production environments.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing large-scale, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and drive technical decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
