Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of scalable AI and Machine Learning systems for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Define and enforce best practices for data governance, model deployment, and ethical AI usage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and predictive analytics.
- Optimize existing AI infrastructure to improve latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Drive innovation in our core products, ensuring they remain competitive in the rapidly evolving tech market.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade machine learning models at scale.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading high-performance teams and driving technical roadmaps.
