Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the technical vision for the '2026' autonomous agent ecosystem, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
- System Optimization: Design and implement distributed neural networks that optimize for low-latency and high-throughput data processing.
- Technology Strategy: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) to stay ahead of the 2026 curve.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership, conduct rigorous code reviews, and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Risk Management: Identify potential architectural bottlenecks and implement proactive strategies to mitigate technical debt.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++; deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- AI Expertise: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with creative engineering solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
