Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Define and execute the technical vision for the company’s AI capabilities leading up to and through 2026.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance AI systems and infrastructure capable of handling next-gen data volumes.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and deployment of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI tools.
- Talent Development: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and product teams to align technical roadmaps with business goals.
- Pilot Programs: Initiate and manage experimental AI pilots to validate new technologies before full-scale deployment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in software engineering and 5+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value and long-term roadmaps.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Future-Proofing: Deep understanding of emerging trends in AI, such as Agentic AI and Autonomous Systems.
