Responsibilities
- Architect Design: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure aligned with our 2026 strategic vision.
- Model Development: Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning models, from data ingestion and feature engineering to training, validation, and deployment.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research to integrate the latest advancements in Deep Learning into production environments.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce model latency and optimize inference costs for high-volume applications.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Specialization: Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Generative AI architectures.
- Infrastructure: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
