Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable machine learning infrastructure for 2026 and beyond.
- Define and drive the technical vision for our core AI products, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to optimize model performance and deployment pipelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Identify potential risks and bottlenecks in AI workflows and propose innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering and deep learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated history of leading cross-functional teams on complex technical projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
