Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's AI strategy and technical roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers to drive innovation and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Oversee model training, evaluation, and deployment to ensure high accuracy and performance.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, including Generative AI and predictive analytics, to integrate them into our stack.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience designing systems for large-scale data processing.
- Excellent leadership skills with a track record of mentoring engineering teams.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is preferred.
