Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, resilient AI systems designed for the 2026 landscape and beyond.
- Lead the Research & Development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for AI ethics, safety, and compliance in high-stakes environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying complex machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Proven track record of working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps pipelines.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive technical strategy across cross-functional teams.
