Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure optimized for 2026 workloads, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) with hybrid quantum environments.
- Lead the development of proprietary algorithms focused on autonomous decision-making and predictive analytics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex scientific concepts into deployable software products.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all system deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies, conducting rigorous technical due diligence on new tools and frameworks.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (5+ years of experience if no degree).
- Proven track record of designing high-availability systems at scale, preferably in fintech, healthcare, or defense.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Experience with distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
