Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams for the 2026 roadmap.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and development of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI models, focusing on efficiency and accuracy.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish and enforce frameworks for AI safety, fairness, and transparency to ensure responsible deployment of intelligent systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into core business applications.
- Roadmap Execution: Translate technical requirements into actionable development plans, ensuring delivery of key milestones for the 2026 product cycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker) is essential.
- Research: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or contributing to open-source AI communities.
- Problem Solving: Ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex, unstructured problems in real-time environments.
