Responsibilities
- Architect Neural Architectures: Design and implement cutting-edge deep learning models, including Transformers, Diffusion models, and Graph Neural Networks.
- Model Optimization: Research and implement techniques to reduce inference latency and memory footprint for real-time applications.
- R&D Leadership: Lead internal research initiatives to explore emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic Computing and Federated Learning.
- System Scalability: Build robust MLOps pipelines that handle billions of parameters and ensure seamless deployment across cloud and edge environments.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for bias detection, fairness, and transparency in automated decision-making systems.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Computer Vision.
- Infrastructure: Proven track record deploying models on distributed clusters using Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP.
