Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI models targeting deployment by 2026.
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms to integrate into our core product suite.
- Optimize existing neural networks for reduced latency and increased accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI architectures.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- US Work Authorization required.
