Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, multimodal AI systems capable of handling real-time, high-volume data streams.
- Lead the research and integration of cutting-edge Generative AI models, focusing on prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, product managers, and ethicists to define the "2026 Vision" for product roadmaps.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost-efficiency using distributed computing frameworks and quantization techniques.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including automated testing, CI/CD pipelines for ML models, and monitoring systems.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict data privacy regulations and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead technical role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with reinforcement learning, federated learning, or neuromorphic computing is a significant plus.
