Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building production-level AI systems and NLP models.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tooling.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
