Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning pipelines and infrastructure capable of handling billions of requests.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize model inference speed and reduce latency across cloud environments.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with the CTO and product teams to define the AI technical roadmap for FY2026.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage the end-to-end deployment of models on AWS/GCP/Azure, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish guidelines and frameworks to ensure AI outputs are fair, transparent, and free from bias.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with 4+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Expertise: Proven track record of architecting solutions on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical architectures.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
