Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and development of next-generation neural network architectures to improve inference speed and accuracy.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration across product lines, ensuring alignment with 2026 business goals.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish high coding standards and mentor junior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of excellence.
- Performance Tuning: Optimize existing models for deployment in edge devices and cloud environments, reducing latency and cost.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++.
- Cloud Expertise: Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Research Track Record: A history of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR) or significant contributions to open-source AI projects.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative solutions.
