Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation neural network architectures optimized for 2026 scalability and latency.
- Lead the R&D strategy for integrating Quantum computing principles with classical machine learning models.
- Mentor a team of top-tier ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Ensure the ethical deployment of AI, establishing robust guardrails for Generative AI outputs.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, deployable software solutions.
- Pioneer new algorithms in natural language understanding and computer vision.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Ray).
- Deep understanding of LLMs, Transformers, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with edge computing and real-time inference optimization.
- Strong background in software engineering best practices, including CI/CD and unit testing.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and solve complex, unsolved problems.
