Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Vision: Lead the strategic roadmap for AI infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and next-gen agentic workflows.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust distributed systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data for real-time inference.
- Pioneer New Technologies: Evaluate and integrate emerging AI paradigms, including Multi-Agent Systems and Neuro-Symbolic AI.
- Lead High-Performance Engineering: Mentor a team of elite engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Optimize Model Performance: Continuously refine model latency and throughput to meet enterprise-grade benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust. Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG pipelines, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
