- Technical Strategy: Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate business goals into technical roadmaps for the 2025 vision.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cloud Optimization: Manage and optimize cloud resources on AWS and Azure to ensure cost-efficiency and high availability.
- Code Quality: Enforce rigorous code reviews and best practices across the engineering organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Technical Stack: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- Cloud Skills: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex technical projects.
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
