What You'll Do:
- Design and implement robust AI agent architectures using Python and advanced ML frameworks.
- Lead the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into real-time applications.
- Optimize model performance for latency and throughput in production environments.
- Define technical roadmaps for AI initiatives aligned with 2026 strategic goals.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI systems designed for high availability.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Implement best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Drive experimentation with emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing interfaces).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Transformer architectures.
- Experience deploying AI models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
