Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems.
- Design robust MLOps pipelines to ensure model reliability, monitoring, and retraining.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex requirements into technical AI roadmaps.
- Implement best practices for data privacy, bias mitigation, and ethical AI usage.
- Lead code reviews and technical architecture discussions to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, NLP, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
