Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and AI infrastructure.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap to ensure readiness for the 2026 AI leap.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for AI model deployment and MLOps.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and data scientists.
- Optimize existing systems for performance, latency, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
