Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI/ML systems for Project 2026, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Research and integrate emerging AI technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning) into our core product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for edge and cloud deployments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model monitoring.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python and deep knowledge of frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Extensive experience designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing engineering teams and drive technical roadmaps.
