Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and prototyping emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive startup partnerships and acquisition opportunities in future-tech sectors
- Create predictive models for technology adoption and competitive landscape shifts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology readiness and market impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in strategic tech roles
- Proven experience developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business strategy
- Track record of successfully launching innovative products/services
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic planning preferred
