Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for the 2026 Horizon AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Research Integration: Translate breakthrough research in Generative AI and Neural Networks into production-ready code and infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and software engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system latency and model accuracy, implementing optimizations to achieve sub-millisecond response times.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product leadership to define the roadmap for AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with the 2026 strategic vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with high-performance computing clusters.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
