Responsibilities

- Model Optimization: Lead efforts in optimizing large language models and neural networks for latency, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring junior engineers and conducting code reviews.
- Research Integration: Translate cutting-edge academic research into practical, deployable software solutions.
- Security & Ethics: Implement rigorous security protocols and ethical guidelines for AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- System Design: Strong background in designing scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
