Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the comprehensive AI and automation strategy for the 2026 fiscal year, identifying key technologies and implementation milestones.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, secure AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a world-class team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI ethicists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor model accuracy and system latency, driving iterative improvements to ensure peak operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical roadmap requirements into clear business value for C-level executives and product stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI strategy with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to forecast technological trends and integrate them into a cohesive long-term business plan.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
