Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design and implement complex machine learning algorithms and deep neural networks to solve real-world business problems.
- LLM Fine-Tuning: Lead the fine-tuning and optimization of Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance performance and reduce hallucinations.
- System Architecture: Build scalable MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment using cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating new papers and technologies to integrate them into our product stack.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and optimize model inference latency and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or AI engineering.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Frameworks: Strong experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, or similar NLP frameworks.
- Cloud: Experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure (e.g., SageMaker, Vertex AI).
- Problem Solving: Deep understanding of statistical modeling, optimization techniques, and distributed systems.
