Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of our core AI models, specifically targeting 2026 scalability requirements.
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for our Natural Language Processing (NLP) initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to integrate AI solutions into customer-facing products.
- Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms, ensuring we stay ahead of industry trends.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and cost-efficiency.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in building and deploying machine learning models.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG architectures, and vector databases.
- Experience designing systems that can handle high-throughput, low-latency workloads.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
