Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design and implement advanced machine learning models tailored for 2026 infrastructure and scalability requirements.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the development of proprietary algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
- Optimize: Continuously refine model latency, accuracy, and efficiency for edge computing environments and high-volume data streams.
- Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Ethics & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in developing production-level AI systems and machine learning pipelines.
- Programming: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Cloud Mastery: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- MLOps: Proven track record in deploying models via CI/CD pipelines and managing model lifecycle (MLOps).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex mathematical and engineering challenges under tight deadlines.
