Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale generative models to solve complex business problems.
- Infrastructure: Optimize model inference latency and deploy scalable AI solutions to production environments using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Research: Stay ahead of industry trends in AI 2026 roadmaps, exploring novel architectures like Transformers and diffusion models.
- Coding: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Python code; conduct code reviews for the engineering team.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and NLP concepts.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
