Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale LLMs and multimodal models.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and safety parameters.
- Optimize inference latency and resource utilization for real-time applications.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of Project 2026.
- Ensure robust monitoring, logging, and deployment strategies in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience deploying models in production (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or open-source contributions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced, agile environments.
