Responsibilities
- Architect & Develop: Design and implement scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- MLOps Pipeline: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Model Optimization: Optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency to meet production requirements.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research (LLMs, NLP, Computer Vision) and apply cutting-edge techniques to solve complex business problems.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on deep learning frameworks.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python and experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Cloud Skills: Strong experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving difficult engineering challenges and delivering high-quality code.
