Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable, high-performance AI systems and neural networks capable of processing complex, real-time data streams.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and roadmap for our AI products, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals for 2026.
- Model Optimization: Lead efforts to optimize large language models for latency, cost, and accuracy, deploying them across cloud and edge environments.
- Talent Development: Mentor a team of world-class engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- R&D Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, design, and business strategy to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric solutions.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep experience with distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing high-performing engineering teams and leading large-scale technical projects.
- Innovation: Strong passion for emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
